Brian Friedman – Biography
Brian Friedman is an internationally acclaimed dancer, choreographer, and creative director. He began his career starring in Disney’s Newsies and quickly rose to work with icons including Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Janet Jackson, Usher, and Mariah Carey.
As a choreographer and director, Brian has shaped performances for So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars, MTV VMAs, the Billboard Music Awards, and more. Personally selected by Simon Cowell, he has judged and directed on The X Factor, America’s Got Talent, and Britain’s Got Talent.
Beyond his stage and screen credits, Brian is a dedicated mentor, touring worldwide to teach and inspire dancers. He co-created The Pulse on Tour, leads Radix Dance Convention, and founded The Talent Collective to guide future artists.
An innovator both in dance and fashion, Brian continues to influence the industry with his artistry, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit.
